Accessing the switch via serial
Set Serial Options as listed below :

Port : COM?? ( Run Device Manager and view active COM Port)
Baud rate : 19200
Data bits : 8
Parity : None
Stop bits :
Flow control : DTR/DSR, RTS/CTS and XONXOFF are all disabled

Setting up the Management
Default username : admin
Password : none

Go to config mode
